Every Smile Matters
Our team had a wonderful time attending the 2025 Milton Autism Neurodiversity Fair, celebrating a community that values inclusion and understanding. At Aldershot Village Dental, we recognize that every child is unique—including those with autism, ADHD, or sensory sensitivities. Dr. Rasha and our compassionate team are specially trained to provide gentle, sensory-friendly care that helps children feel safe, respected, and supported during their visits. We’re proud to be part of a community that embraces neurodiversity and look forward to continuing to support every child’s smile with patience and care.

Strengthening Supports for Neurodiverse Families: Our New Community Collaboration
At Aldershot Village Dental, we are proud to collaborate with subject-matter experts who share our passion and vision for supporting the neurodiverse community. Together, we’re widening the circle of care so individuals and families can access trusted resources under one umbrella—locally, compassionately, and without barriers.
Milton Autism
Who they are: Milton Autism is a federally registered, volunteer-led charity in Milton, Ontario. Their mission is to empower autistic and neurodiverse individuals and their families through resources, services, funding support, and inclusive community events.

What they do:
• Host inclusive, sensory-friendly events and fairs that connect families with services and peer support.
• Help families navigate local resources and provide pilot-project funding that eases financial pressure for those on the spectrum.
Why it matters: Their recent Autism & Neurodiversity Fair brought together hundreds of families and dozens of community partners—an inspiring example of the inclusive, practical support our collaboration will continue to amplify.
WeeCare Pediatric Home Health Care
Who they are: WeeCare is a family-run pediatric home health-care provider serving communities across Ontario, with a local presence in Milton. They specialize in supporting medically complex children, delivering care in the comfort of each family’s home.

What they do:
• Provide customized pediatric home-care plans and personal support services tailored to each child’s routines and medical needs.
• Offer a Milton-based contact point to coordinate services for local families.
Why it matters: Many neurodiverse children also manage complex medical or daily-living needs. WeeCare’s in-home model reduces stress on families by bringing compassionate, specialized support directly to them.
Endless Abilities
Who they are: Endless Abilities is a treatment center for children and youth with developmental disabilities and other diverse needs. They provide ABA and speech therapy, along with group programs such as social-skills training and meal-preparation practice. Through their Transition Academy, they also offer school-readiness programs to help children succeed in their next stage of learning.

At Endless Abilities, the focus is on what each child can do—building on strengths and potential. Their tailored programs provide children with the tools, support, and confidence to reach their goals. Backed by a passionate clinical team, they are committed to ensuring every child and youth has access to care that celebrates who they are.
What they do:
• Deliver OAP-approved ABA programs (in-home or in-clinic), social-skills groups, and individualized goal-setting.
• Expand community programming at their Burlington site, creating more convenient access for Halton families.
Why it matters: Timely, evidence-based ABA services—delivered either at home or in a local clinic—give families flexibility and continuity of care.
What This Collaboration Means for Families
• One connected pathway: Clear, warm hand-offs between partners—so families don’t have to repeat their story.
• Wrap-around supports: From inclusive community events (Milton Autism) to in-home pediatric care (WeeCare) to structured ABA therapy (Endless Abilities), families can access complementary services that meet real-life needs.
• Local access, shared values: All partners are rooted in the community and committed to inclusive, dignity-first care.
Together, we look forward to continuing to support healthy, confident smiles in our community.
